This is the ultimate pose of our Buckley. You could always find him in his room, on his bed laying so contently. 
Last night, we had to put our wonderful dog to sleep because of complications of a disease called Shar-Pei fever. He was in a bit of pain and we could not stand to see that happen to him. He was great until the end and we are surely going to miss him everyday. Thank you so much to both sets of grandparents for always supporting and helping us with our first "baby".
Buckley was waiting for us to return from the hospital after Grace was born.

We will miss our "grandson" terribly. He's effusive way of greeting us all the time, he's long walks with his "Grandpa" and rubbing is back are all fond memories. Watching him chew on his different toys last night was hard to watch!! Grandpa wishes Grace had her puppy to know and enjoy. We are so upset about his leaving us. Love Nana and Grandpa

I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. That is just terrible. I know how hard it is... unfortunately - been there, done that. So, I empathise with how difficult it is losing an important member of your family. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
