Enjoying a Dip in the Pool

On a family trip to North Carolina, Grace is enjoying the paw print shaped pool at the house. We knew that she enjoyed the water, but to see her in a big pool just splashing and floating around is amazing. We will post some beach pics soon also. She loved that too, but I think the pool is her thing.

Messy Eater

Grace has started eating lumpier foods that require her to chew. Even though she does not have any teeth just yet, she does a good job of mashing things with her gums. Daddy got her some biter biscuits and she loves apple wedges. Soon enough her teeth will pop out and she will be eating everything in sight. She does love her puffs and spooning food into her own mouth. This video shows that her manners have a bit to be desired, but we're working on them!

Grace is such a joy in our lives and we are so blessed to have her. We are looking forward to a wonderful summer watching her grow and learn.

Crawling Video

Grace is Crawling

Grace loves to feel the cold air come up out of the vent.
She found Buckley's bowl.. I guess its time to put that away for the next doggy!
First time under the table!


Well, the time has come and Grace is now mobile. She learned a lot from Sophie a few weekends ago and now she is moving all over the place. She, of course, is into everything also. She finds the funniest things.... and wants to chew on them all.

First Hair Cut

Grace got her first hair cut late last week. She looks just a bit cuter than before and her hair is not stuck to her face.
Grammy said she was the best client ever:-)

Of course mommy kept all of her hair.....

Pool video

Take a look at these two water babies. Sophie and Grace simply loved splashing, playing and even drinking from the pool. These two are a sight to be seen by all. We hope to catch up with a lot of people over the summer. We will have a lot of time on out hands since mommy is not working this summer. We are going to spend a lot of time with family and friends.

Grace is 8 months old and Sophie is almost 10 months old. How lucky are we to have a cousin so close in age and close in mileage as well:-) I'm sure there will be more videos and pictures to come in the future. We can watch them grow together!!!

In the POOL

What a fantastic time! Both Grace and Sophie loved being in the pool. I can' t wait to take them both in the ocean with their matching bathing suits.


Grace thought it would be fun to let the water out of the pool. She is preparing to be a lifeguard already. Making mommy proud!

SOOOOO MUCH FUN!!!

At our visit to Sheryl, Luke and Sophie... Grace learned a lot of things. She just can't wait to be moving around like Sophie is. She absoltely loved the pool, so much that Nana is getting her one of her own. Take a look and enjoy these pictures.
